Including members of the collegial panel (presiding judge, assistant judge, the jurors), the Judicial Committee members president, law enforcement officers, court clerks, judicial police, and administrative staff, prosecutors is not the main offense.
包括合议庭组成人员(审判长、审判员、助理审判员、人民陪审员)、审判委员会成员、院长等，执行人员、书记员、司法警察、行政工作人员、检察人员不是本罪主体。
